How we communicate incidents

If there is a service-affecting incident, we post a notice on this page, and our external status page reflects the live availability of our endpoints. Security incidents and personal-data breaches are handled under our Security process, including the GDPR notification timelines in our DPA.

Provider status pages

Tseha runs on managed providers. For first-hand, provider-declared status of the underlying infrastructure, check their own status pages:

Availability & SLA

We work to keep Tseha highly available and to resolve any disruption quickly, supported by our disaster-recovery and incident-response processes. The Service is provided on a commercially reasonable, best-effort basis.

The Starter and Team plans do not include a contractual uptime service-level agreement (SLA). A formal SLA with availability commitments is available for Enterprise customers on request — contact [email protected]. This reflects the “as available” terms in our Terms of Service.
